Subramanian Swamy is an Indian politician and economist and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard and was a former professor at IIT Delhi. He is a six-term MP and was a member of the Planning Commission of India as well as a former Minister of Law and Justice of India.
