The Great American Irony - Charity Abroad, Chaos at Home

It’s appalling that many Americans can’t afford insulin, even though the same insulin, made by U.S. corporations, is sold in Canada for a fraction of the price. Allowing citizens to die because they can’t afford life-saving medication is a moral failure. Meanwhile, over $300 billion has been sent to Ukraine.
