Italy's Meloni under investigation over release of Libyan suspect

Italy's prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, announced on Tuesday (January 28) that she's under investigation over last week's release of a Libyan suspect wanted by the International Criminal Court. She's under no obligation to resign. Lucy Fielder reports.
