Man slips off cliff edge

A man slips off the edge of the cliff and has a bad tumble and ends up in the water below.

I am curious to know if he was purposely trying to jump off that edge into the water below, i don't see any other reason for him to be there.

Conditions unknown but cannot be in the greatest condition after that.
