My Third Therapy - Tears Are Always Okay – Find Strength in Support

Tears are a natural way to release pain and find healing. During my third therapy session, I spoke about my parents, who were my greatest support but are no longer with me. I cried remembering the beautiful times we shared and the strength they gave me.
Family can be a cornerstone of support in recovery, but if understanding is lacking, friends can become the family we choose. Together, with love and care, we can build a brighter future.
