She shared with us the experience of her friend who in the heat of things asked her partner to give up their child for adoption because she felt no connection to the child, she felt abandoned by her partner, desperate and was at a lost herself.

She eventually got the professional help that was necessary and with the help of her family members she was able to get back on her feet. However, this experience shocked her to the core that she couldn't entertain the thought of having children again.
