Something About 25-Min. Intermediate Back Strength Hatha Yoga | Yoga for Back Pain Relief

Hi Rumblers! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 25 minute practice incorporates movement to increase back strength and stretch. As this is intermediate level, please be careful on every movement and pose. You may opt to regress your poses for your preference, but the video is fun and challenging in itself. I had a tough time balancing with the strong wind blowing at me. This was a physical and fun workout for me and I hope you will like it!
