- Cabbage (julienned): 1 cup
- Carrots (julienned): ½ cup
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
- Red chili powder: ½ tsp
- Sesame oil: ¼ tsp
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp

*For the Mayo Sauce:*

- Mayonnaise: ½ cup
- Ketchup: ⅓ cup
- Hot sauce (or chili sauce): 1 tsp

*For Assembling:*

- Boiled rice
- Fried onions

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Chicken Gravy:**
- In a bowl, marinate the boneless chicken with soy sauce and vinegar. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add the marinated chicken, salt, red chili powder, and ginger garlic paste. Cook until the chicken is tender.
