Windy Sydney Day provides the perfect opportunity for the casual timelapse guy to snap a video

Time-lapse video is a kind of stop-motion made by continuously snapping and merging into video, but more specifically it is fast-forwarding real time. When shooting sequentially one frame per second and then video and projection at 30 frames per second (fps) or higher, real time will be fast rewinded at least 30 times.
The longer a frame is taken, or the longer the delay between frames, the faster the video will be processed. That's why this technique is called "fast-forward time" to help the human eye see very slow movements (blossoming flowers, floating clouds) or speeding up normal movements to raise "dramatic" the scene.
Every 30 seconds, you will need 1,800 frames per minute. Should have clips to spend tens of thousands of photos is normal.
