How to make Delicious Meatloaf in a Loaf Pan
This is a delicious Recipe for a Meatloaf, we like to serve it with warm BBQ Sauce, mashed Potatoes and roasted Vegetables on the Side.
Meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 lb Ground Beef
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
4 tbsp Parsley, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Honey BBQ Sauce
1 cup Sourdough Bread Crumbs
(Homemade Tip: cut Sourdough Bread, air dry a few days. Blend, not to fine & add Italian Seasoning)
Topping:
1/2 cup Honey BBQ Sauce
Preheat Oven 350° F
Line Loaf Pan with Parchment Paper.
Combine Beef, Eggs, Worcestershire Sauce, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Onion, Celery, Parsley, Bread Crumbs, Mustard & BBQ Sauce.
Place in prepared Loaf Pan.
Brush with half of BBQ Sauce for Topping.
Bake 50 Minutes.
Brush with remaining BBQ Sauce and continue baking 15 Minutes.
(Internal Temp 160°F)
Rest Meatloaf for 10 Minutes (drain any released liquid if necessary) before serving.
