Grain Free Oven Crepes

We came up with this recipe originally as a way to make grain free egg rolls. However we have found that this recipe also works well for noodles (especially for soup), lasagna noodles (each layer is one noodle), baklava as well as many other dishes. When fried in oil it becomes nice and crispy. We hope you enjoy seeing what other dishes you can make with this recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Chicken Stock
3 Eggs
1 Cup Coconut Yogurt
1 ¼ Cup Cassava Flour
