Hurricane Florence sparks travel concerns, prompts local relief efforts

Hurricane Florence is expected to bring tropical storm conditions to the Carolinas Thursday and hurricane conditions Friday, but while some people are trying to get out of Dodge, others are heading to the area to help with hurricane relief efforts.
