The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead. He is our teacher and our power source. To deny the Holy Spirit is to deny Him as a source of power. Denial can be considered a form of blasphemy. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the only sin that Jesus said cannot be forgiven.
