Dozens speak out against Judge Theresa Brennan who is off the job and under investigation

Local state lawmakers in Livingston County held a town hall for people to speak out against Judge Theresa Brennan.  The judge has been off the bench since June when the Judicial Tenure Commission issued a scathing complaint against her with allegations of misconduct and mistreatment of people in her court.   Judge Brennan faces a JTC hearing set for October that could remove her from the bench.  Retired Judge Daniel Burress has also petitioned to impanel a Citizens Grand Jury that could issue criminal charges of Perjury and Obstruction of Justice.
