Japanese Style Steak & Rice

This feels like something you would get at a nice Japanese restaurant but it’s very affordable and easy to make at home!

Sauce:
2 tbs finely grated daikon radish
1 tsp finely grated ginger
1 tsp yuzu kosho
4 tbs yuzu ponzu
1 tbs tamari
Juice or half a lemon or lime

Soy cured yolks:
Egg yolks
Tamari

A few hours before serving, pour enough tamari to cover the egg yolks. They should cure and get a little firm. Do not marinate for more than 12 hours.

I used a sirloin steak for this and cooked to medium rare. You could marinate this in soy sauce or oyster sauce before cooking for more flavor. I used plain jasmine rice, but fried rice would also go amazing with this!
