Easy and Quick Japanese Pancakes Doriyaki / Filled with Soft Custard

I made toriyaki, a Japanese pancake that's easy and quick to make.
It is sweet and delicious with custard cream as a filling.

2 egg yolks
35g sugar
15g cake flour
200g milk
1g vanilla extract
