DEI is racist, prejudice and classist by nature and, although the implementation of Equity w/ in society was brought about due to socialism/ Communism but its current utilisation is not/ was not being implemented, at the top, by socialist/ communists for the purposes thereof. Its whole purpose is to merge the classes by stealing generational wealth and to redistribute it unto themselves while the masses live as non land/ asset-owning indentured servants. This system due to its restrictive nature in terms of Individual rights and land/ assets for the private citizen, due to the above-said requirements necessary to structure society as such, is easily conflated with socialism/ communism however, it is not. This is precisely what No Child Left Behind did. It didn't ensure kids on the lower tier were improving; it simply pushed every kid to the lower tier by significantly lowering the standards, and pushing kids through even when they didn't pass with the lower standards.
