Even Army Corp of Engineers was working from home??

Well gee, I had no idea. My former job required me to be present every single day. MANY times I felt like that one that was in the 20% of people that actually worked. I tried for promotion and never got it because I was first in and last out for so many years and all the higher ups knew it. Sad state of affairs in our government, and this lady is only talking about one agency! Imagine the fraud and waste in the rest of the agencies! It's insane.
