These squats help to get rid of many ailments: strengthen the leg muscles, improve blood circulation, strengthen the body as a whole, improve well-being and even lose weight. In the first week, do not lower your body too low. Do 5-10 squats. From the second week, you can squat a little deeper 5-10 times. And only in the third week can you add 3-4 repetitions. Your goal is to reach 30-40 and even 60 deep squats.
