The poverty and sickness gospel is really mostly about people excusing their mediocre lives and their lack of desire to be like God. They are quite content living their lives of quiet desperation, sinning every single day against God, accomplishing nothing of note, and living so far below the goodness and grace of God that there is no light of salvation in them. This video is a longer video, but it powerfully reveals God's love and goodness are not limited to merely saving people from hellfire. He gives us richly all things to enjoy and Jesus came that we might have life and that more abundantly, so let us live more like it!
