Simple Exercises to Improve Blood Supply to the Brain
The neck is the gateway to our head, to our brain. Important arteries and vessels pass through there. And when our body is motionless for most of the day or there is a violation of posture, or we are stressed, then the muscles spasm. That is why the neck hurts, there is tension in the shoulders, headaches occur, blood pressure jumps and, of course, our brain is not supplied with enough oxygen. After all, blood cannot move freely through these channels, which means that oxygen and nutrients will not move freely. And in general, it is difficult for all organs to function normally.
