They find it with a technique called reverse qpcr. The spike protein produced from Pfizer Moderna is physically in the human heart and it's staying there. Every autopsy done on anyone who dies after the vaccine should have a test to see if the vaccine is physically in the heart and the spike protein in the heart, yet community pathologist will not do these techniques and autopsy after autopsy is signed out as death due to natural causes. I've seen it time and time again. Even people under the age of 20 who have a cardiac arrest natural causes. There is no natural cause for a 16-year-old boy or girl to die suddenly.
