Horrifying footage captured the moment a tourist plunged to her death after slipping out of her harness while paragliding.

Paulina Biskup, 38, of Poland, was seen paragliding in southwestern Colombia when she appeared to spin out of control.

A Colombian National Police official told a local newspaper that Biskup 'did not fasten the harness, and as a result, fell into the abyss.'
