This gentle hatha sequence for all levels includes a full body stretch to leave you feeling amazing! Perfect to begin your day or even relax after work.

The class begins with a seated warm-up of side body stretches, heart openers and a neck release. Take a few rounds of cat/cows in tabletop, twists and half camels. Open up your chest with melting heart, sphinx, open wings and cobra lifts.
Other postures included in this class are warrior I, eagle arms, humble warrior, warrior II, reverse warrior, extended side angle, reverse triangle, triangle, half splits and low lunge.
The class ends with a full camel option, child's pose, reclined pigeon and a supine twist. Enjoy a relaxing 2-minute savasana at the end.
