Sowing on Earth, Reaping in Heaven – Galatians 6:6–10 (1)

In this brief excerpt from the course, Grace, Not Law: Galatians, Dr. Barber discusses how Christians, members of Jesus' Mystery Body, are to "sow" to the Spirit, and no longer to the flesh, during our time left on this earth. Sowing to the Spirit will result in reward in Heaven at the Rapture and resurrection of Jesus' Body, while what is sown to the flesh will be burnt up in the resurrection, receiving no reward in Heaven.

Sowing to the Spirit is to support fellow members of Jesus' Mystery Body in their ministries, beginning with supporting teachers of God's Word, the Bible. And then, after supporting fellow members of Jesus' Body, we are to help those outside the Body in the lost world.

Are you supporting the Household of Faith, starting with those who teach the Bible? Are you sowing to the Spirit, or to the flesh?
