Commercial location the previous plumber said they winterized the garden center. They just turned the ball valves off and nothing more. They left the main on so everything underneath those ball valves still had water in them. It froze and a solder tee fitting failed. We came to fix it. Client did not want us to clean anything up they did not want to pay anything extra so we just fixed what was broken.
