Terms of Peace -- Principles

In this video, I discuss the principles governing a possible peace treaty regarding the Russo-Ukraine War. The principles have their roots in Catholic teaching. President Zelensky set forth peace terms that are solidly in accord with the Law of Nations and Catholic teaching. Indeed, these terms are merciful. Putin should take them.
