We know that there are hater Christians who will keep on saying that they hate Islam, but they love the Muslims, so you would expect these Christians to speak in a loving way, but instead they will speak in a way to purposefully annoy the Muslims and insulting their prophet is one of the main ways, but what about if those hater Christians have got it wrong?
