The approximately one minute, 30 second video shows people arguing in the parking lot of a Costco on Brant Street in Burlington. “Police attended in response to a dispute over a parking spot,” a police spokesperson said. “During a verbal altercation, an adult male suspect knocked the female victim’s phone out of her hand.” The man was arrested for assault.
