Roadside Worker Throws Trash, Nearly Hit by Car

Info from Licensor: "Events took place while exiting the highway, myself being on an off-ramp. A prison chain-gang was ahead on the feeder road, picking up trash by the roadside. A car approaches on the right, speeding excessively, faster than the cars on the highway are. A member of the chain-gang was attempting to cross the feeder road when the speeding car came over the hill, and attempted to merge into a lane that was ending. The chain-gang member throws a bag of trash into oncoming traffic before darting back across the feeder road and the speeding car spins out crazily on the road ahead."
