Kenneth Bonawitz, who is affiliated with the Proud Boys group and hails from Miami, received a significant prison sentence totaling 60 months. This sentence was handed down as a result of his direct involvement in the events of the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot, during which he was found guilty of assaulting six police officers.
