When Rab's benefits are in danger of being stopped and the plasma television set re-possessed, he accepts new acquaintance Lonny's suggestion that he pretend to be a transvestite called Candy. Social security snoopers are following him everywhere, so he has to stay in character until Lonny shows him how to get them off his back, and a friendly new face starts work at the benefits office.
