Hi Rumblers! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 15 minute practice incorporates movement to increase hip flexibility while strengthening your back muscles. This is a great to start your day before your morning cup coffee/tea/or what you prefer. I had the most relaxing day doing this and I hope you will, too!
