Trump just announced an executive order to reform or eliminate FEMA:

“I'll also be signing an executive order to begin the process of fundamentally reforming or maybe getting rid of FEMA. I think, frankly, FEMA is not good.“

FEMA is a horrendous agency, so this is excellent.

BUT… before we all start cheering because of the role that FEMA was perceived to have of eventually corralling people up into their camps… remember that AI drones and robot dogs can serve that function, too.
