Bob was part of soft disclosure, this is a way of telling us without on the record telling us the truth about UFO & ET, its for plausible deniability and all that. Regardless of how you feel about Bob working at S4 and his legitimacy in credentials, he did humanity a great service by speaking up about the fact the Government was indeed reengineering ET craft.
