Nick Rekieta Enters a GUILTY Plea

On May 23, 2023, Nick Rekieta, @RekietaLaw, was arrested as part of a search warrant executed at his home in Spicer, MN. Police found multiple amounts of cocaine totaling over 25 grams. Ultimately he was charged with 2nd Degree Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Firearms with the drugs, and Child Endangerment (due to drugs being in the home).

After months of motion practice and court battling Nick entered a guilty plea, today.
