Tina Peters: Unlawfully Imprisoned By Colorado Democrats For Complying With Federal Election Laws

Now that most of the J6 political prisoners have been released we should not forget others who are still suffering in jail through malicious prosecutions in state courts. One of the worst cases is that of Tina Peters in Colorado who, in her 70s, gold star mom, and former county clerk who dared make backup copies of election records as required by Federal law, after corrupt state officials illegally ordered all 2020 election records to be destroyed has been sentenced to 9 YEARS, denied bond while appealing and thrown in jail.

In this video, Tina speaks to Jim Hoft about how Colorado state officials and courts ignored the Federal Supremacy Clause which prevents the state from prosecuting Tina for simply complying with Federal election laws.
