Trump Considers Dissolving FEMA, Return Disaster Relief to States

President Trump toured the disaster in North Carolina today and said during the visit that he’s considering dissolving FEMA and returning the management of disasters to the states. Trump said federal relief for the California wildfires will likely come with conditions, like water reservoirs and voter ID.
