Was the J6 Gallows Constructed by the Deep State?

One of the more prominent images that was displayed to encapsulate the supposed intent of the J6ers was that of the gallows with the noose, presumably built for Mike Pence. What the J6 Committee and the media failed to share was a video of the shadowy figures who built the gallows (with a perfect framing of the Capitol in the background, by the way) in the early morning hours of Jan 6. These five men arrived in two different vehicles, erected the structure with no interference from law enforcement, with one of them walking blocks away to get coffee—at a coffeeshop directly across from the FBI. Hmmm. None of these men were arrested or charged—unlike the 1,500+ J6ers.
