JESUS IS THE ONLY ONE WHO MATTERS!

14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,

AND NOTHING OR NO ONE ELSE DOES!!! GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA GANG!!!
I have to say my friends, I’ve read this passage out of Colossians 2 multiple times, and every time I read it I either learn something new, or I am reminded of a very important truth, and that is that Christ and Christ alone is the only one who saves. That real and true happiness, genuine satisfaction and joy are found only through Christ Jesus, and not in the empty promises that this world offers. We have a lot of influences, and yes indoctrination that is going on in our world today through TV, movies, social media, etcetera, and we need to be on our guard against it.
I think that's why I find these questions out of this morning's devotional so incredibly challenging, and I really feel that of the Lord to share them with you today. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God challenges your heart through them.

How does popular culture shape how you see the world?

How does your faith help you evaluate the values you encounter in entertainment?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has shown me from this passage of scripture, as well as many others on this issue, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you helps you to see how important it is to know and put into practice that Jesus is the only one who matters, and that the things of this world they only offer empty fake promises. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with a paraphrased version of questions that Adam Holtz this morning's devotional writer put in this morning's devotional, and I pray that they not only get you to thinking, but that they encourage you to remember Who really matters.

What does this movie, TV show, commercial, or social media post suggest is wise?

How does that compare to what scripture says is true?

My prayer for all of you, is that when you see these things, hear music, or read something online through social media, that you compare what you’re being told against scripture, and ask God to give you discernment and wisdom to help you see what really is of Him and what isn't. Remember most of all my friends, that it's Christ that matters most, because only through Jesus can we find true wisdom and wholeness in all of our lives.
