Secretary Morales: Indiana is a friend of Macedonia. Indiana loves Macedonia

Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales attended the 19th Annual Old New Year’s Macedonian Masquerade Inaugural Ball, Vasilica, on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Macedonian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

In his remarks, Morales emphasized the importance of creating opportunities for immigrant communities. “I am committed to opening doors and paving the way for the immigrant community—whether they are from Macedonia, Europe, Latin America, or Asia. In America, it is possible to achieve your dreams if you are willing to work hard and sacrifice,” he stated. Morales also expressed his admiration for Macedonia, declaring, “Indiana is a friend of Macedonia. Indiana loves Macedonia. You have a friend in Indiana and in the Secretary of State’s office.”
