Regina Goodwin traffic stop, January 11, 2025, Stout bodycam

Oklahoma State Senator Regina Goodwin was stopped by a Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy for running two stop signs. She refused to present her driver's license, was detained. Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols and Goodwin's attorney both intervene, and Goodwin was released. This video is from the bodycam of Deputy Sheriff Caleb Stout, who came in to back up Deputy Freddy Alaniz.
