You can’t exercise well if you’re exhausted, & you can’t be energized if you don’t get to bed by a reasonable time at night. Uf you’re having trouble dialing in your gabits, I’m with you! I’m a fly-by-tge-seat-of-your-pants-person, BUT that doesn’t serve me well being more disciplined. Come with me as I feel better & help you do the same.
