Warrant Suspect Flees From Cops Onto Ice On The Merrimack River

A felon with dozens of arrests across a decade reportedly fled from Concord police in Healy Memorial Park on Jan. 23, 2025, crossing the ice on the Merrimack River, only to be arrested at Terrill Park, 30 minutes later.
