Today we're making Hachee!
This is a traditional beef stew famous here in the netherlands. It is filled with onions and the added vinegar makes the beef even more tender!

Ingredients:

Stewing beef = 1kg
Onion= 4 to 5
Beef stock= 500ml
White whine vinegar= 2 tablespoons
Brown sugar= 2 teaspoons
bay leaves= 4
Cloves= 4
Butter= 50g
flour= 2 tablespoons
Salt & Pepper= to taste
