Come along with us today as we do. A huge carnivore meal prep for one whole week of meals! We make homemade meatballs, homemade keto barbecue sauce, barbecue chicken, keto, fudgy brownies, and a large batch of Dr. Kiltz Carnivore ice cream! Join us in the kitchen as we cook all day long!

Keto Zero Sugar BBQ Sauce:
Ingredients

1 cup sugar-free ketchup (make sure it’s low-carb, like Primal Kitchen or G Hughes)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (ensure it's keto-friendly)

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp erythritol or your favorite keto-friendly sweetener

1/4 cup water (adjust to desired thickness)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp chili powder (optional for heat)

1/2 tsp liquid smoke (optional, for a smoky flavor)

Salt and pepper to taste

Keto Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 lb ground pork (optional, or use all beef)

1/2 cup almond flour (or crushed pork rinds for fewer carbs)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

Keto Fudgy Brownies:
1 cup almond flour

▢½ cup cocoa powder

▢1 ½ cup allulose

▢1 tsp baking powder

▢2 tablespoon instant coffee, optional

▢1/2 cup + 2 Tblsp)

▢4 oz dark chocolate

▢6 eggs, at room temperature

▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dr.Kiltz Icecream Recipe:

4 raw egg yolks

1 cup heavy cream (preferably grass-fed)

2-4 tablespoons butter (melted, optional for richness)

1-2 tablespoons sweetener (optional; use stevia, monk fruit, or honey if you're not strict keto)

Flavorings (optional, such as vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or coffee)
