Next, he elaborates on the differences between prophecy and the office of the prophet, revealing that the latter is saddled with responsibility, while the former is not. He alludes to the Biblical story of King Joash and Elijah and how King Joash struck the ground with reluctance instead of continuously striking it to wipe out all his enemies. He urges us to learn from King Joash's mistakes and continue striking the ground until we overcome the power of darkness.

Joseph further informs us that the church is a nuclear deterrent. Thus, we must do all we can to alter darkness because the prayers of the saints avail much. In his prophetic revelations, Joseph discloses that as America stands with Israel, it will have an indestructible covenant. He also reveals that God promises to restore the glory of former nations that have stood with America and that the reformation movement will not cease even though darkness seeks to strike the shepherd.
