🇺🇸Thousands of California residents have been ordered to evacuate again as a fire "burns out of control" in the Castaic area northwest of Los Angeles, CNN reports.

Conditions there are "critical" due to the abundance of dry, grassy hills. Winds are expected to peak across Southern California today.

At present, the fire is only 14% contained.
