Christian hip hop has deep roots in the rap community and SFC is one of those stories. The frontman of the group , MC Super C (aka Soup The Chemist) is also known as the Godfather of Gospel hip hop starting the group in the 80s and branching off into one of the most influential and integral innovators in Gospel-centric hip hop music (aka "holy hip hop") that was both positive and uplifting. And at the time of this video post, he's still at it under his Soup The Chemist moniker. Shout out to Chris Cooper! Respect.
