Lightning causes fires in Hebron; flooding hits Cleves police department

Blackouts -- 22,000 homes without power around 7, according to Duke Energy's outage map -- were the least of Wednesday night's weather woes. Hebron Fire Protection District Chief Tony Scheben said his crews had responded to six separate house fires by 9; all of them, he believed, had been caused by lightning strikes. At least one cost a Hebron home its roof.
